Terms of sale
1/ ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We ship with external to our company postal services so please note that any postal service problems are outside of our control.
2/ SHIPPING RATES
We offer delivery with tracking in France, Europe and rest of the World.
France: 5€ flat rate with tracking
European Union: 9€ flat rate with tracking for medium size package and 5€ for a small package
Rest of the World: 11€ flat rate with tracking for medium size package and 5€ for a small package

Please note that our shipping costs do not include import duties.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. WHITE CANVAS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
3/ SHIPPING STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@whitecanvasparis.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
4/ REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The refunds and exchanges are offered for regular priced merchandise. We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale and discount items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@whitecanvasparis.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted or exchanged.
Please note that the original shipping costs are not refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items, such as special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at hello@whitecanvasparis.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
